Everything on this website and in our workshops and materials is provided for general education. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a treatment recommendation. It does not create a clinician and patient relationship between you and the Menopause Literacy Project or anyone acting on our behalf.

Always talk to a qualified clinician about your own health. Never delay seeking care or disregard advice from a clinician because of something you read here. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Our materials

The content of this site, including text, curriculum, handouts, graphics, and our name and logo, belongs to the Menopause Literacy Project unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to download and share our free resources for personal or community use, unchanged and with attribution. You may not sell them, charge for access to them, alter them, or present them as your own. Any other use requires our written permission.

Links to other sites

We link to outside organizations, clinicians, and resources for your convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their practices, or the care they provide. A listing is not an endorsement.

Workshops and registration

Registration for a workshop is not guaranteed until we confirm it. We may need to change or cancel a session, and we will give as much notice as we can.

No warranty

We work hard to make our information accurate and current, and we cite our sources. Even so, this site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be error free, uninterrupted, or complete, and menopause research continues to change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Menopause Literacy Project and its directors, officers, employees, facilitators, and volunteers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or of our materials.
